The largest transaction this month in "Hong Kong Property" is a three-bedroom connected sea view unit sold for HKD 20.3 million

Chen Biao, Senior Area Sales Manager of the Swire Properties Taikoo City - Jinxing Pavilion branch, stated that the branch has just facilitated the sale of a high-level G unit in the Taikoo City Seaview Garden, which consists of three bedrooms and a suite, with a usable area of approximately 1,015 square feet. The owner initially asked for about HKD 22 million, but after negotiation, it was sold for HKD 20.3 million, making it the largest transaction in Taikoo City from October to date, equivalent to a price of about HKD 20,000 per usable square foot.

It is reported that the original owner purchased the unit in November 1993 for about HKD 6.7 million and has held it for about 32 years, resulting in a paper profit of approximately HKD 13.6 million, an appreciation of about 203%. The estate has recorded about 16 transactions this month, slightly slowing down compared to the same period last month
