Popular Chinese concept stocks rose broadly, with the Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index up 0.9% in early trading. Tiger Brokers rose over 3%, Baidu rose over 2%, and JD.com, Li Auto, Alibaba, and NetEase rose over 1%
