CHINA QINFA (00866.HK) announced a related transaction, with its subsidiary SDE entering into a coal supply agreement with Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific, under which Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific will purchase 75,000 metric tons of Indonesian thermal coal from SDE, with an estimated transaction amount not exceeding 45 million RMB
