DC HOLDINGS: Kejie and UQI signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly create a fully automated operation system

DC HOLDINGS and UQI signed a strategic cooperation agreement, planning to jointly create a fully automated operation system. This cooperation will rely on Kuaijie's logistics business and UQI's intelligent products, integrating data, algorithms, and robotic hardware to enhance supply chain operational efficiency. Both parties will focus on cooperation in areas such as automated logistics operations, intelligent distribution, technology research and development, and standard interoperability
According to the announcement from DC HOLDINGS (00861), the group is currently focusing on supply chain scenarios as its core strategic point, deeply relying on big data and AI technology to build a business empowerment system, and actively practicing the "customer + ecosystem" dual-driven strategy. Under this strategic guidance, by 2025, the group has successfully reached strategic consensus and signed strategic cooperation agreements with 12 core customers and ecosystem partners, continuously solidifying its ecological layout in the supply chain field. Meanwhile, the group is focusing on the "Data x AI" strategic elevation, taking high-quality data as the core production factor, using AI technology as the driving engine, continuously promoting technological integration and business innovation in the supply chain field, and achieving intelligent upgrades across the entire supply chain operation. Based on the above strategic layout and business foundation, the group's smart supply chain subsidiary, Beijing Kejie Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kejie"), signed a strategic cooperation agreement on October 29, 2025, in Shanghai with Shenzhen Youbixuan Technology Co., Ltd. (09880), and its holding subsidiary Wuxi Youqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "UQI Youqi"), which focuses on accelerating the unmanned transformation of logistics with "AI + robotics" technology.
According to the strategic agreement, both parties will rely on Kejie's logistics business scenarios and vertical large model capabilities, combined with UQI Youqi's leading intelligent hardware and software products in the unmanned logistics field, to jointly create a full-process unmanned operation system, efficiently integrating new production factors such as data, algorithms, computing power, and robotic hardware, forming a new and efficient productivity model that drives a leap in supply chain operation efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility, and jointly establish an excellent benchmark for the landing of "new quality productivity" in the industry.
The two parties will focus on cooperation in the following areas: 1. Co-building unmanned logistics operation scenarios, jointly creating embodied intelligent commercial applications in warehousing and logistics scenarios; 2. Achieving intelligent distribution and edge computing based on logistics vertical large models and embodied intelligent "cloud-edge" collaboration; 3. Co-building a logistics embodied intelligence laboratory, jointly conducting technology research and development, promoting the large-scale implementation of solutions, and exploring unmanned application models in overseas warehousing; 4. Co-building standards for protocol interoperability of logistics intelligent agents, creating an open platform for developers, and constructing an embodied intelligent application ecosystem in the logistics field.
In the future, the group will further integrate advantageous resources, deepen the implementation effectiveness of the "Data x AI" strategy, continuously strengthen smart supply chain service capabilities, accelerate the penetration and application of AI technology in various links of the supply chain, provide customers with end-to-end smart supply chain empowerment across the entire chain, and promote the win-win development of the industrial ecosystem
