The Financial Times reported on Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter, that Aquarian Holdings, supported by the Abu Dhabi sovereign investment fund Mubadala, is in advanced talks to acquire the American life insurance company Brighthouse Financial, with the $4 billion deal expected to be announced as early as this weekend
