On the 2nd, the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce issued a notice regarding the adjustment of the 2025 Hainan Province automobile scrapping and renewal subsidy policy, which stipulates requirements for the registration location of the scrapped old vehicle and the registration location of the newly purchased vehicle. The notice specifies that starting from 0:00 on November 4, 2025, individual consumers applying for the 2025 automobile scrapping and renewal subsidy in Hainan Province must have both the registration location of the scrapped old vehicle and the registration location of the newly purchased vehicle in Hainan Province
