Kleit: Ronghe Industry Fund and CGN Huilian No. 2 plan to reduce their holdings by 0.80% and 1.20% respectively

Kleit announced that its shareholders holding more than 5%, China National Nuclear Corporation Industry Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Ronghe Industry Development Fund Partnership and Shenzhen CGN Huilian No. 2 New Energy Equity Investment Partnership intend to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding, with a maximum reduction of 587,200 shares and 880,800 shares, respectively, accounting for no more than 0.80% and 1.20% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period for Ronghe Industry Development Fund Partnership is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement; the reduction period for CGN Huilian No. 2 New Energy is within three months after 30 trading days from the date of this announcement
