
Baidu Luobo Kuaipao and AutoGo expand cooperation, planning to deploy hundreds of unmanned vehicles in Abu Dhabi next year
Baidu-SW (09888.HK) announced that its autonomous driving mobility service platform, Luobo Kuaipao, is expanding cooperation with AutoGo, an autonomous driving mobility company under K2 Group, planning to deploy hundreds of unmanned vehicles in Abu Dhabi within 2026, establishing the largest fully unmanned fleet in Abu Dhabi.
Luobo Kuaipao has been tested locally for several months and has obtained the first batch of fully unmanned operation permits in Abu Dhabi, marking the launch of large-scale fully unmanned driving services to the public outside of China for the first time.
Zhang Liang, General Manager of Baidu's Intelligent Driving Business Group for Europe and the Middle East, stated that the new phase will focus on larger-scale operations, promoting a safer, smarter, and more sustainable transportation future for Abu Dhabi.
Luobo Kuaipao has now been implemented in 22 cities worldwide, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, with a total autonomous driving mileage exceeding 240 million kilometers, of which the fully unmanned driving mileage has surpassed 140 million kilometers. As of October 31, Luobo Kuaipao's weekly order volume exceeds 250,000 orders, with 100% being fully unmanned orders, accumulating over 17 million orders
