歐盟監管機構指定，亞馬遜網絡服務、谷歌雲和微軟等 19 家技術公司為該集團金融業的關鍵第三方計算供應商。根據歐盟於 2025 年 1 月開始實施的《數字運營彈性法案》（Digital Operational Resilience Act(DORA)），三家歐盟級金融監管機構可以共同將某些技術提供商列為關鍵供應商，並直接對其進行監管。
