PRADA (01913.HK) announced that it has reached a related transaction with its executive director and major shareholder Miuccia Prada Bianchi's Ludo Due S.r.l. to acquire a plot of land measuring approximately 14,800 square meters located at Via Orobia 3 in Milan, Italy, for a price of nearly €66.588 million, which is expected to be developed into the new company headquarters after further evaluation
