PAGODA GP's controlling shareholder plans to increase holdings by no more than 10 million shares

PAGODA GP (02411.HK) announced that the controlling shareholder and chairman Richard Yu intends to acquire up to 10 million H shares of the company through the open market within the next twelve months, starting from today. Currently, Mr. Yu and his controlled entities hold a total of 736 million H shares, accounting for 36.8% of the company's total share capital
