遠東發展 (00035.HK) 表示，新盤市場氣氛向好，集團正加緊旗下住宅項目銷售部署。當中，集團與市建局合作發展的西營盤桂香街項目，涉及約 200 個單位；及與蘭桂芳和顯利合作發展的西貢濠湧低密度洋房項目，涉及約 26 座洋房，上述兩個項目將因應市場情況，預計於明年第三季至第四季推售。
