CONCORD NE (00182.HK) announced the sale of 100% equity in the 50 MW solar power project located in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, to independent third party Shuirui Energy for a cash consideration of RMB 65.3 million. The estimated total proceeds from the sale are approximately RMB 38.82 million
