
The December NAHB Housing Market Index in the United States rose to 39, reaching an eight-month high
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index, which reflects the confidence of U.S. home builders, rose 1 point to 39 in December, the highest level since April. However, the index has remained below the breakeven point of 50 for 20 consecutive months.
