UNQ HOLDINGS spent 135 million to acquire 90% of a Japanese chain brand pharmacy

UNQ HOLDINGS (02177.HK) announced the acquisition of a total of 90% equity in One Two Co., Ltd. from two independent third parties. The latter primarily operates the Japanese consulting pharmacy chain brand Akahige Pharmacy, with a total consideration of 2.701 billion yen (approximately HKD 135 million)
