Gas Mingqi Tong has reached a cooperation agreement with CHINA RES LAND for energy services and smart living

Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (00003.HK) announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with China Resources Group's comprehensive enterprise, China Resources Longdi. The two parties will fully integrate the telecommunications infrastructure and AI solutions of Hong Kong and China Gas's wholly-owned subsidiary, Mingqi Tong, with the property scenarios and asset management advantages of China Resources Longdi to jointly expand energy services and smart living businesses.

The two sides will also explore cooperation in areas such as energy-saving renovations for data centers, building smart community platforms, innovating value-added services for daily life, and applications of big data and AI, aiming to promote a demonstration project for the collaborative development of Hong Kong capital and central enterprises, jointly serving Hong Kong's development
