ETERNITY INV (00764.HK) announced the placement of up to 20 million new shares, accounting for 4.96% of the enlarged share capital; the placement price is HKD 1, equivalent to today's (17th) closing price. The total fundraising amount is HKD 20 million, with a net amount of HKD 19.6 million intended for debt repayment and general working capital
