Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD.US) board rejected Paramount (PSKY.US) hostile takeover bid, causing Paramount's stock to drop over 4%, while Warner Bros. fell 1%, and Netflix (NFLX.US) rose nearly 2%.
Oracle (ORCL.US) faced uncertainty regarding its Michigan data center plan, with its stock down 4%. NVIDIA (NVDA.US) fell about 2%.
