According to reports from mainland media, during this year's Double Eleven shopping festival, the mainland men's clothing brand Qipai utilized Weimob's WAI shopping guide Agent capabilities to help sales associates accurately identify high-value customers and promote transactions. With the empowerment of AI, high-value customers contributed up to 70.6% of GMV for Qipai's mini-program mall.

The cooperation between Qipai and Weimob began in 2021 and is mainly divided into two phases. The first phase is "building the foundation," focusing on teaching retail terminal sales associates to use SaaS tools and enabling management to grasp operational data through digital tools; the second phase is "refined operations," aimed at integrating tools into daily work to achieve "putting good steel where it is needed."
