BJ ENERGY INTL (00686.HK) announced the acquisition of 70% equity in the Jiangsu Province fish-solar complementary power generation project - Yangzhou Tairun New Energy Power from an independent third party, for a cash consideration of RMB 371 million, which will be paid using internal resources
