PROSPER CONS underreported debt compensation transactions involving 34.6 million RMB

PROSPER CONS (06816.HK) announced that it underreported major transactions. In June of this year, its subsidiary Qingdao Honghai Green Energy acquired nine commercial properties located in Qingdao, Shandong Province from two independent third parties, DeTai Construction and LuZe Real Estate (sellers) for a total price of RMB 34.6 million, which has been offset against overdue receivables owed by the sellers
