
JD.com responds to "warehouse theft": The Paris warehouse in France has resumed normal operations

JD.com responded to the theft incident at its Paris warehouse, stating that the warehouse has resumed normal operations and that the actual losses differ significantly from the disclosed data. Previous reports indicated that over 50,000 units of 3C digital devices were stolen from the JD.com warehouse, valued at approximately 37 million euros. On the evening of December 23, JD.com stated to the Shanghai Securities Journal that on December 22, Beijing time, its warehouse located in the Paris region of France was robbed, and local police have intervened for investigation. JD.com mentioned that the warehouse has resumed normal operations, and the "significant loss data" disclosed by relevant parties differs greatly from the actual situation.
Previously, there were reports citing foreign media that JD.com's warehouse in the Seine-Saint-Denis department of France was burglarized, with over 50,000 units of 3C digital devices (including mobile phones, computers, and tablets) stolen, valued at approximately 37 million euros, equivalent to 306 million yuan.
JD.com stated that in recent years, it has accelerated the promotion of the "Global Network Plan," having built over 130 various types of overseas warehouses in 23 countries and regions worldwide, and operates in compliance with legal regulations. "We will continue to build a super supply chain to provide high-quality logistics services for a wide range of enterprises and users."
