The S&P 500 Index closed up 22.26 points, an increase of 0.32%, at 6932.05 points, continuing to set a new closing historical high.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 288.75 points, an increase of 0.60%, at 48731.16 points, breaking the previous closing historical high of 48704.01 points set on December 11.

The NASDAQ Composite Index closed up 51.463 points, an increase of 0.22%, at 23613.307 points.

The NASDAQ 100 Index closed up 68.316 points, an increase of 0.27%, at 25656.146 points
