VENUS MEDTECH-B (02500.HK) announced the sale of approximately 1.05% equity in the invested company Valgen Holding to an independent third party, BRONCUS-B (02216.HK), for a cash consideration of USD 15 million, with an estimated pre-tax gain of about USD 800,000. After completion, the company will no longer hold any shares in Valgen Holding
