V.S. INT'L issues new shares at a premium to increase its stake in a Vietnamese subsidiary, involving an amount of 32.13 million

威鋮國際 (01002.HK) 公佈，行使認購期權，向 B&E 購買 V.S.Vietnam 合共 600 萬股，每股行使價 5.355 元，總代價 3,213 萬元，將透過發行 2.67 億代價股支付，發行價 0.12 元，較今日 (30 日) 收市價溢價 135.29%。

完成後，公司將間接擁有 V.S.Vietnam 股本約 76.90%，後者主要業務為塑膠注塑成型、裝配電子產品及模具設計及制模。
