DAIDO GROUP plans to partner with a third party to acquire Bitcoin mining assets

DAIDO GROUP (00544.HK) announced that it has signed a letter of intent with an independent third party, under which both parties plan to establish a joint venture to acquire two data centers located in the United States (currently used to provide services for clients' Bitcoin mining), with a total consideration expected to be approximately USD 11.4 million
