The merger makes Fifth Third the ninth largest U.S. bank with $294 billion in assets. The company said it now operates in 17 of the 20 fastest-growing large markets in the country after the merger. Unity;s CEO brushed off the concerns saying that the advancements by Google expand the interactive content creation, but Unity remains the engine that can operate and monetize game experiences. Unity is set to report fourth-quarter financial results on Wednesday with analysts expecting a loss of 13 cents per share and revenue of $491.4 million. While Intapp ( INTA ) reported revenue and earnings per share that beat estimates, analysts lowered their price targets after the quarterly results.
