FANTASIA: The offshore debt restructuring plan has been approved by approximately 99.67% of creditors and will be implemented pending court approval

FANTASIA announced that it has obtained support from approximately 99.67% of the planned creditors at the plan meeting, approving (without any modifications) the Hong Kong plan and the Cayman plan, thereby meeting the core requirements for approval by the Hong Kong court and the Cayman court. The plan meeting was held on February 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM (Hong Kong time) at the office of the law firm Yearly Da in Hong Kong, and voting was conducted.

The announcement stated that after obtaining the creditors' meeting approval, FANTASIA will separately apply to the Hong Kong court and the Cayman Islands court for the approval and recognition of the Hong Kong plan and the Cayman plan. The approval hearing for the Hong Kong plan is scheduled for March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Hong Kong time), and the approval hearing for the Cayman plan is scheduled for the same afternoon at 10:30 PM (Hong Kong time). Once approved by the court, the restructuring plan will officially enter the implementation phase
