Iran's Fars News Agency reported on the same day that the "Khoramshahr-4" missile has a design length of approximately 13 meters, a diameter of about 1.5 meters, and weighs around 30 tons. It can reach speeds of up to 16 Mach outside the atmosphere and about 8 Mach upon re-entry. It takes only 10 to 12 minutes from launch to hit targets in the region, which is "sufficient for many missile defense systems to respond effectively."
