The Bloomberg Dollar Index hits a daily high as investors focus on rising oil prices

The US Dollar Index turned upward, approaching a daily high of 99.417 points refreshed at 20:10 Beijing time.

The Bloomberg Dollar Index rose over 0.3%, refreshing its daily high to 1208.53 points, and plummeted to near 1204 points when the US non-farm payroll report was released.

WTI crude oil rose by $0.52 per barrel within 5 minutes, reported at $88.09 per barrel.

Spot gold turned downward, approaching $5070, showing a pullback trend since the release of the US non-farm employment data—once returning above $5130
