"Wanda Hotel Development" forecasts a profit of 1.75 billion to 1.9 billion yuan last year

WANDA HOTEL DEV (00169.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of between HKD 1.75 billion and HKD 1.9 billion for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of HKD 989 million in the previous year. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to the confirmed net income of HKD 1.75 billion from the sale of Wanda Hotel Management; and there were no confirmed impairment losses on receivables during the year
