The program offers different term options and starting monthly rents, while also announcing the discontinuation of the original iPhone upgrade program and payment services
Apple announced the launch of Apple Upgrade, a brand new product leasing program supported by Klarna, applicable to iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, and iPad, which will be available on the US Apple website and retail stores.
According to the program, iPhone and Apple Watch can choose a leasing term of 12 months or 24 months; Mac and iPad can choose a leasing term of 24 months or 36 months.
The starting leasing fees are: iPhone starting at $17.99 per month, Apple Watch starting at $11.99 per month, Mac starting at $24.99 per month, and iPad starting at $11.99 per month.
Meanwhile, Apple announced that it will stop offering the iPhone Upgrade Program and iPhone Payments services in the US
