According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 14th, Z FIN announced that it expects a mid-term loss not to exceed HKD 200 million for the period ending June 30, narrowing from a loss of approximately HKD 507 million in the same period last year. The group indicated that the main reason for the reduction in losses was the recognition of a non-recurring fair value loss on convertible bonds of approximately HKD 490 million in the same period last year; during the period, profits from property sales and the fair value of investment properties significantly decreased.
