Congress introduced the "National Biotech Initiative Act of 2025 to boost biotech funding research/development for biotech products across the countryThe stock popped 10% on the newsThen, the same day the bill was introduced, it was referred to both the Committee on Science, Space, and Tech, and the committees on AgricultureRep. April Delaney literally sits on BOTH of these committeesAnd since that most recent buy, the stock is now +30%
