Micron claims its yield learning rate is faster on HBM3E 12-HI vs 8-HI. 12-HI will account for the majority of its HBM3E bits in 4QF25 (3QC25). Original guidance was crossover would happen in 2HC25. Customer feedback has been 'terrific' on HBM3E ramp. Appears on track to exceed 3QF25 guidance due to DRAM price strength and NAND stability. CY26 HBM supply discussions centered around 12-HI mix, HBM4 readiness and ramp.
