Apple efficiently raised the price of the iPhone 17 Pro by eliminating the entry level option.Previously: the cheapest Pro model was $999 with 128GB of storage. That option is gone.Now: the entry-level starts at $1,099 with 256GB.The Pro Max is unchanged at $1,199, though Apple added a 2TB option at $1,999 that almost no one will buy.What matters: Pro buyers have historically skipped the 128GB option, so removing it won’t force many to spend more they were already doing that.
