Sounds like it will still have tabs and add three new features:
1. Chat (thats where you start), and the chat can take you to a URL. My take: logical place for OpenAI to start. This is what Google has been doing with AI Mode and Overviews. 2. Browser memory - search memory for something that you have seen before but dont know where it is. My take: This is helpful. Chrome does this at a much less advanced level. 3. Agents - Can take action, book resversation, change docs. My Take: Meaningful unlock long term.Source: Gene Munster
