The head of India’s Reliance Group and Asia’s richest person, Mukesh Ambani, will visit Samsung Electronics in South Korea on Tuesday, media report, with a special trip to Samsung’s Giheung campus, where its semiconductor division began (1982) and later, its breakthrough 64MB DRAM was developed (1992).
