Oracle has two counts on the table which makes sense to me considering the doubts the market has on its ambitious plan and financing needs to carry it out.
So depending on how well management executes its plan, the outlook can be very bullish. However, technically I believe the price will take this into consideration with some churning before a decisive rally.
