A few issues if Nvidia is to resume H200 sales to China:
1. H200 is made on TSMC's N4 production process, which is currently fully utilized.2. H200 uses TSMC CoWoS advanced packaging, also fully utilized.3. H200 was made for much more powerful HBM3e AI memory chips, currently restricted by US for sale to China. Easy to change regulations, but... HBM3e open as well now?Source: Dan Nystedt
