I ask the opposite: "If I gave you $100 billion, could you kill this company?"

​The answer is no. And that is the only thing that matters.

You can buy the hardware, but you cannot buy 20 years of developer habits. The "switching cost" for an AI engineer to leave the CUDA ecosystem is basically career suicide. NVIDIA’s moat isn't the chip speed; it is human inertia. We are betting on the fact that engineers are too busy to learn a new language.

​I don't interrupt a monopoly just because the price moved. I sit on my hands and let the unbreachable moat do the work.
