People obsess over the P/E ratio, but they are measuring the wrong thing. I don't view NVDA as a tech manufacturer anymore; I view it as Digital Real Estate.

Think about the physical world: The most valuable asset is land in a prime city center because that's where all the commerce happens. In the AI era, "commerce" is simply data processing. NVIDIA's H100/Blackwell clusters are the "Prime Real Estate" of the digital economy. Every startup, every bank, and every government needs to rent space on this infrastructure to exist. We aren't buying chips; we are acquiring the most expensive "land" in the cloud.
