I admit it. I have absolutely no idea what the killer app for AI will be in five years. Will it be robots? Flying cars? Or just a better Siri? I do not know, and I do not need to know.

My strategy is the Road Builder thesis. When you own the company paving the roads, you do not care what kind of cars drive on them. Whether it is Tesla, Google, or a startup that has not been born yet, they all need the same asphalt, computing power, to move forward. NVIDIA is the only paver in town. The destination of AI might be uncertain, but the infrastructure required to get there is guaranteed.

I am happy to sit back and collect the toll while everyone else fights over which car is faster.
