
SRADI've gotta say this. The indices edged upwards, but before long, something, somewhere happens, and they roll back again. The Only constant is the change. There are so many factors. Already, the next factor is the Consumer Price Index. A lot of real and perceived 'noise', some amplified beyond its true impact.
