Insights:
AAOI’s price has reached almost the 38.2 retrace. Very oversold and it dipped a bit more to shake out weak holders which was mentioned as a possibility in my diary yesterday.
Price is hovering above heavy institutional activity and into a time factor.
A micro five waves has formed off the sessions
‘s low and if this turns into a bigger five waves, that will be bullish. I am expecting a rebound and a possible push towards new highs onwards.
