Taiwan display panel makers AUO Corp. and Innolux are both planning to offer Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) advanced packaging, media report, with AUO’s CTO calling MicroLED an excellent light source for CPO for short-distances (under 10 meters). AUO is already sampling products.
