How they're distributing the money:

• $IBM(IBM.US): $1 billion

• $GlobalFoundries(GFS.US): $375 million

• $D-Wave Quantum(QBTS.US), $Rigetti Computing(RGTI.US), and Infleqtion: ~$100 million each

• Diraq: $38 million

• And 3 private companies Atom Computing, PsiQuantum, Quantinuum

In return, the government is taking equity stakes in every company
