$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI.US)

AAOI is a fantastic stock I have talked about countless times with a strong fundamental story clear to those with the appropriate knowledge.

It is one of the established providers for the networking aspect of the AI stack which enables the hardware to scale and become more powerful as well as efficient. TLDR; The AI stack is moving towards optics versus copper which allows more efficient scaling as the clusters gets bigger.

To be fair, there are other big names competing in this sector which is fast becoming as critical as memory is to AI such as ALAB and COHR. However AAOI has a clear advantage in that it produces everything in house and is expanding production which are US based whereas the others outsource some parts of the process which is usually outside of the US.
