【真灼机构观点】人行报告提出要更快推动经济加速转型

人民银行公布了第三季货币政策执行报告，当中除了提出要积极指导金融机构化解地方债务违约风险外，报告也提出了以债务拉动经济成长的效能降低，要更快推动经济加速转型的等。我们认为这份报告带出中央会否再集中以基建来拉动经济的政策是存在疑问，在城乡建设的边际得益日逐递减，为防止发展内卷化，中央现时更积极将资源投放高端制造业上，例如新能源与储能技术及半导体研发等。
港股通周一净流入 3.48 亿元，其中，$SMIC(00981.HK) 流入最多，达 2.16 亿港元；其次是$CNOOC(00883.HK) 。$TENCENT(00700.HK) 则录得最多净流出，为 4.05 亿港元；其次是$CHINA MOBILE(00941.HK) 。
