爱驰也在结束的路上，这一轮新造车运动进入尾声了！爱驰汽车（上海）有限公司新增一则破产审查案件，申请人为安吉汽车物流（上海）有限公司，经办法院为上海市第三中级人民法院。安吉汽车物流（上海）有限公司以爱驰汽车上海公司不能清偿到期债务且明显缺乏清偿能力为由向法院申请对其破产清算，现已立案，爱驰汽车上海公司如对该申请有异议，应在 7 日内向法院书面提出。爱驰汽车（上海）有限公司成立于 2017 年 2 月，法定代表人为郭超，注册资本 10 亿人民币，经营范围包括从事新能源整车及零部件技术、重金属技术、超导材料技术、生物技术、信息技术、软件开发技术领域内的技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询、技术服务等，由爱驰汽车科技（上海）有限公司全资持股。
